Hall Layout
The National Exhibition Centre, as the name suggests, is Britain’s premier purpose-built exhibition facility. The site has an international airport, train station, over 16,500 car parking spaces and it is at the heart of the motorway network close to the M42, M40 and M6, with nearby junctions.
Europhilex will take place in a 10,000 square metre ground floor exhibition hall. For comparison, the total floor area of all aspects of London 2022 at the BDC was 6,250 sqm. There is day before, level, wheel-in unloading, directly into the hall from loading bays adjacent to 5 wide unloading doors.
The exhibition hall directly accesses a large restaurant and cafeteria area with plenty of seating, and toilets lead off of the hall. There is free wifi throughout.

The provisional hall layout plan above is subject to alteration depending on the quantity of each type of stand that is booked and the final number of exhibition frames. However, please use the numbers shown above to indicate your ideal stand position. The final position of every stand will be agreed with the stand holders. Later versions of this brochure may have a revised plan in the light of bookings received.
