Society Booking
Society meeting rooms are available for every day of the exhibition, 7-11 May 2025
Rooms seat 40 people with chairs and there will be two tables and eight 16-sheet display frames (4 double sided frames). There is also lighting and power points in each room. Meeting rooms are available for three two-hour time slots each day: 11am – 1pm, 1 – 3pm, and 3 – 5pm. No 3-5pm availability on Sunday 11th May. Multiple time slots can be booked. The cost of each session is £150+VAT.
Large Prestige Rooms for Meetings and Presentations
A quiet, prestige room, located outside the main exhibition hall, about 50 metres from the entrance. It is carpeted, has superior lighting, and is equipped with chairs, tables and exhibition frames. It will comfortably seat 100 people or more. Ideal for all day society meetings, book launches, lectures and presentations.
Available on Wed 7 May 1-3pm, 3-5pm, and Thurs 8 – Sat 10 May at 11am -1pm, 1-3pm and 3-5pm. The cost per session is £500+VAT and a for a whole day 10am – 6pm, the cost is £1,200+VAT

Society Sponsorship
There are two sponsorship opportunities ideal for societies. Please consider if your society can help with any of these.
Exhibition Class Banners
Located at the start of the display frames for each exhibition class, clearly stating the sponsor society name. We would prefer societies to sponsor a class relevant to them. We request a donation of £1000 to sponsor any class banner.
Frame Headers
We can also add sponsorship names to the exhibit title and exhibitor name headers at the start of each exhibit, and will try to allocate frames relevant to your society’s subject. We request a donation of £3 per frame in batches of 50 or 100 frames.
