The Arden Hotel is the official hotel for EuroPhilEx Birmingham 2025 and is where the organisers, helpers, jurors and commissioners will be staying.
We have negotiated a discount rate for trade stand holders, exhibitors and visiting members of the public of £129 per night for a single room or £143 for a double or twin, inclusive of cooked breakfast, use of the leisure club with gym and pool, and car parking. The Arden is on the edge of the NEC site and is less than a five-minute walk to the entrance.

The discount rate is available up to six weeks before the exhibition providing rooms are still available. Once they are fully booked it is too late! You will not get this discount rate if you book though any on-line platform.
